The Salem State University Assistance Corporation d/b/a the Enterprise Center (the “Enterprise Center”) provides refunds upon request, in the form of original payment, less any handling costs or convenience fees, only as set forth in this Refund Policy.
Programs consisting of one session: The Enterprise Center offers a 100% refund of the program fee if notice of cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the program. Any cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund.
Programs consisting of two or more sessions: The Enterprise Center offers refunds for multi-session programs as follows:
• For cancellations received before the start of the first session, 100%.of program fee;
• For cancellations received before the start of the second session, 50% of program fee;
• For cancellations received any time after the start of the second session, no refund.
