By working with our local communities and their municipal leaders, strategic partners, businesses and our partners in state government, EOGED and MOBD, the Alliance serves as a regional catalyst for job creation by sharing information and increasing collaboration between businesses of all sizes, non-profits and municipal, state and federal government leaders and agencies; facilitating solutions to overcome barriers to employment; assisting businesses in recruiting and developing the highly-skilled and knowledgeable talent they require in their workforce, and coordinating a regional response to external economic and political issues affecting the North Shore’s business environment.
