Drum Roll Please! Cinema Salem Reopens Friday, June 4th!
They’ve been dying to make this announcement and now they can: Cinema Salem will show movies again on Friday, June 4. The first steps are important, and they decided to mark the new beginning with a film that’s a reminder of what movies on the big screen can do – 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Come see it next week and he’ll explain why. If you don’t feel like grappling with the cosmos, but you’d still like to catch a flick, we’ll also offer Jumanji, the original 1995 version with Robin Williams. Here’s Jon again: “The animal effects were 1995-state-of-the-art. Plus there’s Robin Williams in a suit made of banana leaves!” For the time being, Cinema Salem will be open Friday through Monday.
