Opening Keynote General Session: 9:00 – 9:45 AM – Suzanne McKenzie/Founder and CEO of AbleMade
Suzanne is Founder and CEO of Able Made, an active lifestyle brand that inspires healthy living and combines bold design with responsible manufacturing and giving back. An award-winning creative director/designer by trade, she is passionate about using design and collaboration to make the world a better place. Prior to launching AbleMade, Suzanne spent 18 years in the advertising and design consultancy worlds for numerous national and global brands. In 2015, Suzanne was selected to attend President Obama’s Global Emerging Entrepreneurs event at the White House. Suzanne teaches Design and Social Entrepreneurship at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and runs the Ucal McKenzie Breakaway Foundation, a non profit that gives city youth access to soccer and health education. Suzanne’s work has been featured in Business Week, Vanity Fair, Graphic Design USA, and WWD. Her work has been recognized by the Art Directors Club, the Hatch Show, The One Show, WebAwards, and Mobius Awards.

Casey Arnold, Big Ass Iced Coffee: Casey is the winner of SparkTank 2022.Casey Arnold is a small-business owner, brand marketer, and Endicott Gull. After spending nearly 8 years as a technical marketing manager for technology companies including Amazon Web Services, Casey realized her passions lay elsewhere and decided to build her own brand and consumable product from the ground up. Big Ass Iced Coffee is instant coffee for the cold brew lover.
Dawn Tardiff, Bodiscience: Dawn Tardif, Founder and President of BodiScience Wellness Center & Spa since 1990, has more than 27 years in the health, wellness and spa industry. Ms. Tardif earned her degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from the International Ayurvedic Institute in 1999. She studied with top Ayurvedic leaders Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Simon, Melanie, and Robert Sachs and Eve Taylor in her pursuit to become a master in the field of wellness. Ms. Tardif also holds certifications in Allopathic Medicine from the Boston University Mini-Medical School as well as Anti-aging Nutrition and Clinical Aromatherapy.
Brittany Riley, Haven: Britt Riley, an Endicott alumnae is the co-founder of The Haven Collection, the United States’ first family care centers: a fully licensed daycare to offer flexible childcare, unlimited workspace, and fitness to all member families. The Haven Collection currently has locations in Middletown, RI and Gladstone, NJ, disrupting the childcare industry by offering a complete and holistic approach to meeting the needs of each member of the family.
Kelly Williamson, True Scoops: Kelly is the Co-Founder of True Scoops, a DIY ice cream and topping mix company headquartered in Beverly, MA. Making homemade ice cream started as a hobby for Kelly, then quickly turned into my passion project, and ultimately my career. I manage all operations, creative initiatives, product R & D, and vendor relations for True Scoops. My favorite flavor is our Strawberry ice cream smothered in our hot fudge sauce!
Susan Hassett, Cocktail Sneakers: Susan Hassett is the founder of Cocktail Sneakers, a women’s sneaker brand that is redefining sneaker culture for women. Having founded the business in her early 60’s, Hassett is also a vocal champion for late-stage female entrepreneurship, encouraging women to pursue their passions regardless of age. Prior to launching Cocktail Sneakers, Hassett also founded and operated a highly successful telecommunications business, Conferencing Services International (CSI), an outsourced audio and web conferencing company, which was acquired by Genesys Conferencing in 2001.
