A cohesive leadership team is key to creating a healthy organization. This workshop focuses on the root causes of dysfunction within a team and provides a structure that gives you the opportunity to overcome it.
We will discuss ways to encourage high participation and engagement at all levels of the organization. Leaders will strengthen the team’s willingness to constructively argue out their differences, identify opportunities and vulnerabilities, and properly plan to overcome challenges.
