Economic Development Sites in Beverly, Massachusetts

One of the roles of the North Shore Alliance is to support economic development initiatives across 30 towns along the northeast region of Massachusetts. Not only do we encourage and support growing companies and their leaders, but we also bolster new businesses by providing information about commercial development opportunities for entrepreneurs to start a new business or current business owners to expand their footprint. 

To do this, we highlight commercial priority development sites with the help of the region’s Economic Development Directors, City and Town Planners, and Community Directors. 

In staying with this month’s spotlight featuring Beverly, Massachusetts, here are three priority economic development sites to follow should you be interested in growing your business in this area.

The Cummings Center 

Located directly off Route 62 in Beverly, the old shoe factory has become a hub of business activity. Within the extended Cummings Center footprint, there are a number of leasing opportunities are available, ranging from small to expansive spaces.

The largest office and technology campus on the North Shore, Cummings Center is an ideal setting for companies seeking first-class office, lab, retail, medical, or industrial space.

Dunham Ridge
