FFIO Community Tour: Lynn

Tuesday, July 8, 2025

1:00pm – 3:00pm

North Shore Community College/Lynn Campus (Gymnasium)

300 Broad Street, Lynn, MA

On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, the Healey-Driscoll Administration’s Federal Funds and Infrastructure Office (FFIO) will host an information and listening session for local officials and organizations to learn about how the Healey-Driscoll Administration can support local infrastructure projects.

Director of Federal Funds and Infrastructure Quentin Palfrey will provide an overview of state and federal funding opportunities, technical assistance resources, and matching funds available for municipalities, nonprofits, and other Massachusetts entities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with Healey-Driscoll administration officials about funding needs, including Director Palfrey, officials from MassDOT, and other members of the administration.

About FFIO: Under Director Quentin Palfrey, FFIO leads Governor Healey’s whole-of-government strategy for leveraging the opportunities available to access federal funding. On September 24, 2024, Governor Healey signed legislation that unlocks up to $750 million for Massachusetts to aggressively pursue federal funding opportunities. FFIO will share the office’s mission and information on support available to municipalities to advance municipal infrastructure projects and compete for federal funding – including information on new resources made available by the recently passed legislation. Following the presentation, participants will be invited to join small group discussions with state officials.

Parking: On site and complimentary in designated visitor lots (https://www.northshore.edu/community/images/lynn-campus-map.pdf)
