Salem Launches COVID-19 Response Survey
The City of Salem is conducting a COVID-19 response survey to gauge resident feedback on a variety of aspects of the City’s ongoing pandemic response.
The survey is available online at salem.com/covidsurvey. A Spanish version of the survey will be available at the same link in the coming days. The survey will be online through Friday, January 15, 2021 and only takes about eight minutes to complete.
