Join WBENC for an insightful session on how to effectively scale up and grow your business through mergers and acquisitions.
During this session, you will learn from Frantz Alphonse, Senior Managing Director of Ariel Alternatives, LLC & Co-Founder of Project Black, who will share how you can position your company to be more attractive for mergers and acquisitions.
Fred Royall, Managing Director- National Head of Diverse Businesses at JPMorgan Chase & Co., will highlight key programs at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and moderate a Mergers & Acquisitions panel with seasoned entrepreneurs Rich Dennis, Founder and Chairman of Essence Ventures, and Ann Ramakumaran, CEO, Ampcus Inc., who will share their experience and lessons learned with acquisitions.
