AI & Navigating the Next Era of Search & Discovery is a 2-hour, no-fluff workshop for small business owners who want to understand how customers actually find them now through Google, AI overviews, chatbots, and beyond. We’ll break down how search behavior is changing, why traditional SEO alone isn’t enough anymore, and what that means for your visibility.
You’ll learn the 4 pillars of AI success for small businesses:

For the second half of this workshop we will conduct a “Search & Discovery Reality Check” Audit. This will be a live audit where each business can look itself up the way real customers do on Google, maps, and “near me” searches, ChatGPT, etc. to see what actually shows up (and what doesn’t). Attendees leave with a short, prioritized list of fixes to improve how their business appears across search and AI-powered discovery.

Raymond St. Amand, a North Shore native, has dedicated the past 8 years to mastering the art of digital marketing. Specializing in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Content Strategy, he has built a reputation for delivering impactful campaigns that drive results. Raymond has worked as a strategic marketing partner for a diverse range of clients, including travel, real estate, high-end home, luxury automotive brands, and hospitality organizations.
When he’s not leading campaigns, Raymond enjoys spending time with his wife Mikayla, their 16-month-old son Grayson, and their beloved pets: their cat Spotty and dog Lily. He also has a passion for photography and a love for cars. Whether at home or in the office, Raymond brings energy, expertise, and a passion for helping brands grow.
