Secretary Mark Nunnelly at the Alliance Policymakers Series

Secretary Mark Nunnelly of the newly created Executive Office of Technology Services & Security (EOTSS) was the featured Policymaker this week at the Alliances Policymaker Series. Secretary Nunnelly shared with the audience the Baker-Polito Administration’s goals for the Secretariat, progress to-date, and upcoming initiatives.

EOTSS has been leading the charge in transforming the Commonwealth’s decentralized approach to IT infrastructure and service delivery into a centralized technology organization focused on securing digital assets and providing quality service to customers and constituents. EOTSS has also transitioned the MassGov website to its new sleek and user friendly design. Attendees posed many and varied questions to the Secretary and his responses provided a clear picture of not only the status of Technology in Massachusetts but also how the State compares nationally.
